The QCM shall inspect non-conformities after completion of dispositions described in Para E (1)
and Para E(2). When the QCM is satisfied that the item meets all requirements, he shall sign and
date the NCR, obtain AI acceptance, remove the “Hold Tag” and r
elease the item to production.
G.
Minor repair procedure
: Clean the surface, remove hair line cracks / exposed and then watering
is done. Necessary reinforcement is done if required with wire bars. Required concrete is taken
from the mixer (same concrete used to for our precast products.) and repair is carried out. After
proper setting the QC inspector inspects and approves the repair and releases for the storage at
proper place.
