1. For account holders, payment terms are NET 30 Days from date of shipping. A 2% interest charge applied to overdue balances.
2. Pricing of product and freight are subject to change.
3. Minimum 24 hour notice should be provided by the Purchaser for shipping of all orders.
4. For all deliveries, the Customer must provide maneuverable roadways and access points.
5. DPCL will offload the products at the Customer’s job site at the most convenient/legal location.
6. Customer must provide any and all necessary traffic control or flagging.
7. Customer must make sure unloading of products should start within 30 minutes on arrival at the site.Waiting Charges will be applied, at the prevailing hourly rates .
8. All freight based on deliveries being Monday to Friday during our regular working hours only.
9. Quantities and Products shown on the Signed copies of Bill of Lading would be considered as conclusive evidence of quantity delivered, unless otherwise noted on the BOL
10. It is the Customer’s responsibility to inspect and check all the products at the time of delivery or pick up.
11. All Special Orders items must be signed off, and pre-paid.
12. Cancellation of Special Orders will not be accepted after production has been started.
13. Change in orders for any standard product must be received at least 24 hours prior to shipping.
